Although people first eat with their eyes, I would contend that some can eat a meal without taking note of visual appeal. However, I find it improbable that anyone could attend a feast without using their eyes. Staci Sweet's graphic design work elevates text from mere information (i.e. mindless reading or a “meal”) into visceral marketing!!! When I finish writing my grant proposals, I send my work to Staci, knowing she will elevate my narratives into visual masterpieces that compliment without compromising narrative clarity. That is to say, her graphic design work which includes converting text into data tables, color-coded charts, logic models, and other graphic organizers is never superfluous, "extra," or gimmicky. Conversely, Staci has an unmatched talent for communicating complex (or simple) constructs across multiple intelligences and industries. I trust NO ONE else with my design work
